Hardware Department :
Embedded system programmers
Should have worked on at least one microprocessor
Hardware designers
Should be familiar with microprocessor circuits and OrCAD
Software Department :
Programmers
Should be very proficient in C and willing to learn new languages
Database Programmers
Should know SQL and have a good knowledge of MySQL query optimization and database design
Linux system administrators
Should be familiar with shell scripting and server security and user management
Knowledge of Apache and IP tables will be a plus point
Graphics Department :
Graphic Design
Must have excellent command over HTML, CSS, DHTML, Flash Action Scripting & animation, high-end graphics design using Adobe Photoshop, ImageReady, Adobe Illustrator, and Corel
