Car Track
Car Track is a GPS enabled monitoring and control device that allows you to keep track of your vehicle, 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year!
The Device uses GPS Technology, a GSM Chip, and an onboard microprocessor, to locate, monitor, store and transmit vital information about your vehicle activities.
Remote Disabling Capabilities -
The system allows you to disable your car remotely if you suspect that it has been stolen. With Car Track you can remotely disable your car by:
- Calling the Hawkeye call center and requesting the agent to disable the car.
- Sending a coded SMS to the onboard SIM card through a Pre- Registered cellular phone.
- Using the disable feature available in the Hawkeye Website.

Data Logging Capabilities (Extra Option)
CarTrak stores two full years' automobile usage information. All this data is stored in the CF-Card can be transferred to a PC or Notebook as and when required.
- Data on starts/stops of the vehicle.
- Information on the Start/Stop of the air conditioner.
- Speed of the vehicle (computed every second).
- Route Taken (logged every minute).

Variable Costs and Features of Hawkeye Car Track
- The User is free to select a GSM provider for the SIM cards that will be inserted in the VMHU's.
- The User pays all costs related to the use of the GSM SIM cards, the onetime costs of initiating the GSM accounts, the acquisition of SIM cards and the recurring costs associated with SMS messaging.
- NOTE: The User can control the frequency with which messages are sent.
- To further conserve the User's SMS cost, the VMHU is designed to compresses 10 route position readings into a single SMS.
